Maid Spotless Cleaning Service values your home and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms.

  • We are a fully insured company
  • All cleaning supplies are provided by us
  • Our hours of operation are 7am-6pm Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays and Holidays may be available.

Payment for Services
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service. We gladly accept payment in the following forms:
Cash, Credit Cards, and Personal Checks (Please make checks payable to Maid Spotless Cleaning Service)

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.

Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.

Tipping
The team never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
